GIFT CARD POLICY
● Purchase and Redemption Availability: Gift cards can be purchased in-store or online through our official website. They are available in fixed denominations or custom amounts.Redemption: Gift cards are valid for the purchase of any spa treatment, service, or retail product offered at our location.Presentation: To redeem a gift card, a physical card, digital copy, or the gift card voucher number must be presented at the time of check-in or checkout.
● Cancellations and No-Shows
Booking with a Gift Card: A valid credit card or gift card number is required to hold and secure all spa appointments.
● Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
● Late cancelations/No-Shows: Failure to cancel within 24 hours, or failing to show up for your appointment, will result in a charge equal to [50%/100%] of the scheduled service fee. This fee will be deducted directly from your gift card balance.
● Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.Service Substitution: If a gift card was purchased for a specific package or service, the recipient may choose to allocate that dollar value toward any other spa service or retail product of their choice.

● Lost, Stolen, or Damaged CardsSafekeeping: Please treat your gift card like cash. The spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized card use.
● Replacement: Replacement of lost or stolen cards can only be processed if the original purchase receipt and proof of identity are provided, and the remaining card balance can be verified in our system.
● Policy Updates
The spa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. Any updates will be posted on our website.
● Expiration: In compliance with applicable laws, our gift cards do not expire. You can use your balance at any time.

Sunny is a true healer. I am 46 and have RA and other major orthopedic issues. Sunny has been MORE helpful than most of my practitioners.
